There are lots of opportunities to play rugby league in London and the surrounding area - perhaps more than you think!
There are contact rugby league club opportunities for young people from the age of 6 years old and upwards, a strong men's competition and a growing women's competition. The Masters form of the game has been developed with a unique set of rules for those playing at 35+ and over.
Wheelchair rugby league is another route to playing rugby league, though not for the faint hearted! Wheelchair Rugby League is an inclusive version of the game played indoors in sports wheelchairs, and encourages disabled and non-disabled players to play together in the same team.
Meanwhile, for those that don't fancy playing the contact version of the sport, there are a number of touch and tag opportunities through the RFL or RFL partners across the region.
